That finished preview is free and stays free — build it, style it, share it, come back to it. It carries a watermark. Removing the watermark and taking the clean 300 dpi files is what costs money: $1 for your first page, then $2.99 per recipe. We will not pretend the clean download is free.

Yes. You can build a recipe, choose a style and see the finished page on screen at no cost, without an account. The watermarked preview is free forever — you can style as many recipes as you like and come back to them.
Why is there a watermark?
The watermark is what lets you see and share the finished page for free. It is removed the moment you purchase a download, and the clean, watermark-free files appear on My Recipes straight away.
What sizes can I download?
A 5 × 7 recipe card, US Letter and its landscape version, A4, A5, Half Letter, 8 × 10 photo, 6 × 9 book page and an 8 × 8 square print. You choose the size when you create the recipe, and every size renders at 300 dpi as a PDF, JPG and PNG.
