Refund Policy

1. 1.One-time pack sales

   Every purchase is a one-time pack. Packs never expire, and clean pages are delivered as PDF, JPG and PNG files at 300 dpi.

2. 2.Unused packs

   A pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase as long as no clean page has been used from it.

3. 3.Used pages

   Once a clean page has been delivered, that page is non-refundable because it is a digital good you already hold.

4. 4.The $1 first-page special

   The first-page special is non-refundable once the clean file has been delivered, and it is limited to one per customer.

5. 5.How to ask

   Send a note from the Contact page with the email address you paid with and the date of purchase. Abuse of the refund process voids eligibility.
